3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are only issued if a course is canceled or postponed by the institute.
• No refunds will be provided for voluntary withdrawal after the start of the program.
• Students may defer their enrollment to a later intake upon approval.

4. Conduct & Attendance

• Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respect toward instructors and peers.
• Attendance of at least 75% is required to qualify for certification.
• Misconduct, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

5. Certification

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all requirements.
• Lost or damaged certificates may be reissued at a processing fee.
